Since the Mediafire file is in .tif form, I believe there is a hidden message of some kind. I have tried a few different steno programs but can't seem to crack it. I'm new at this so it might be an easy solution.

I cannot read the QR Code on the imgur image as it is curved. I tried to increase the contrast in photoshop but no dice yet.

(ps let me know if I am doing something wrong, I'm new here and got interested in this and haven't read all the rules)

I tried liquifying the image in photoshop, and increasing the contrast. The image is curved and the cup has a shadow across so I'm at a loss. I tried a website and an app on my phone, won't read

My phone can't do it, because the depth of field of the camera isn't very good, but I think this is a forced perspective qr code.

Can someone get better contrast on this pic, then try to scan it at an angle, with the top of the cup in the foreground and the bottom of the cup in the background?

I recreated the QR Code pixel by pixel, the issue was that it was curved on the cup so many of the pixels differed too much in size, here's what I got:
