only things that might be something on the website are the banner image is partly occluded, but that is more than likely the nature of the CSS used to place it:

Mild reply from Kyle about "snooping" at his desk (has someone snooped there before for him to think that? Hmmmm....) regarding the skateboarding lessons.
Also haven't found anything odd about Joshie's picture of the rock with the orange circle or Sarah's post.

Just a heads up the picture with the paperweight rock with the lighthouse on it, I tried to increase the contrast and reverse the image to read what is on the paper...but couldn't really make anything out.

Notice they ask for a code in the register form.
Also Kyle mentioned in one of his posts that there would be a way to quickly retrieve patient info.

Ben: I just included the pic because I happen to use a rock as a paperweight. I'm not an IG character, none of my posts are puzzle worthy (but I'll take the looking in as a compliment!

I'm pretty sure Ben is referring to the fact that Balmoth posted on bluemindtalk in reference to the celebratory sticker way before he solved the QR code.

Confusion. Clearing. For now. Oops. I forgot about that
Yeah, how did you do that?
I did one by printing, enlarging, darkening with felt tip, and reducing back down, but that was just too faint in parts not distorted.
