I haven't visited the site in awhile. Nice catch(es)!

It seems as if The Optimist is making a come back, but Disney usually claim their ARG assets in the footer somewhere. There doesn't seem to be any studio branding on the STOP PLUS ULTRA sites. I'm sure it's in-game, but it does suggest things may be more covert from now on.

All the old Optimist content isn't around anymore which is disconcerting.

I guess we can call these Stop Plus Ultra people The Pessimists? Very Happy

Together with Walt they're part of Plus Ultra, as uncovered in the original Optimist ARG. The in-game blog has been taken down but the Stop Plus Ultra site has a brief overview of the discovery: http://www.stopplusultra.com/?page_id=30

I want to say that this is all OOG, but has anyone seen this photo or pin before? It's new to me. Maybe it's from the Tomorrowland app but it isn't on Android so I can't check.

I purchased the book because: 1) I like swag, and 2) the product description mentioned "puzzles". It doesn't ship until later this week though. Sad

Considering the top right corner of the comic book has the "Plus Ultra" logo on it, seems a bit much for fan created content.

So small recap of the days events as far as I can tell:

Everyone arrived at the designated area at the convention. They were given some swag in the form of signs. On the back these signs was a code. The code led them to http://www.stopplusultra.com/con/

This led them to a box containing a tape recorder which had a recording that they then listened to.

They are all now on their way to Starbucks to get ready to upload what they found.

So far, so good.
