UPDATE - New Message in Melody Research Group (4/25)

Actually, when I went over to Ideltech to pick her up, the phones were ringing off the hook. Everyone wanting to know more about Krystal, the missing actress.

Friday, I took Uncle Richard to play Majong, he was so upset about Marcus pulling the Ideltech account that I had to get him out of the house.

Saturday things were very busy at the Cafe more than 10 times the normal crowd. Man were my dogs tired when I got home. I talked to a few of them, they were with a Privacy group that was having a big rally or some such.

Sunday morning Marty came in for Breakfast and I pinned him down and made him talk to me.
The arrest that I reported on William Roddington was staged. The man I saw at Powells was the actor, Marty knew I would be going up there since he was the one who told me about it. I was mad enough to spit, I tell you.

The information I collected fromt he university about the professor was real, he was fired, but now he works as a consultant for Ideltech. I am really angry at Marty for involving me in this.

The car accident was real though, Marty was there when it happened, he found out about the pot when he was a student at O of U, there was a smll amount growing in the area back then. He was there getting high when the accident happened. He remembers the man running off, and he checked the car and the woman looked dead to him. Marty was scared and ran off, and never told anyone.

I think, I am going to go lie down for a bit, I am just so worked up. Just so much has happened int he last few days I have to go get it all straightened out in my head.

And to think Marcus agreed with Marty's idea!

Melody

Um, ok, I don't know anything about this, as it's all based on hearsay evidence, but I thought that some sort of drying process was required.

A question for the general audience: in New York I've overheard people use the word "chronic" is that a local phrase? Because somehow it accidentally got used in the guide and I may need to change it for clarity.

I live in NYC.. (well close to it..) and Chronic is a common name for weed, grass, pot or marajuana to name a few others.

Considering that this seminal album was released in 1992, I'd say it's a safe bet that most people have heard the term before.

/me looks out from under her cabbage leaf

Heard what term? Chronic? Only as related to medical illness... but then I missed most of the things that happened in my era... except for disco <shudder>
