 		I cant remember tbh, I remember ulysses's last upload was of him encountering the tall man then after that, moses took control...

Yeah previous iteration went down like this overall.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

-Charles is looking for Darren, but it's pretty obvious slendy (the devil) is stalking Charles from the beginning.

-Charles is contacted by the devil (it speaks!) a couple times, generally it taunts him, it's very distorted and hard to understand any of it

-Charles says he has a friend in town named Moses who is helping him

-Charles says he is contacted by the cult in town, and says they want him to draw someone new into town to be a sacrifice in order to keep the devil in check and in the town. Charles says no way.

-Almost immediately Moses takes over the channel, says Charles is a liar. Moses learned one of Charles' friends from out of town went missing shortly after Charles' last video he thinks Charles lured her to town and killed her for the cult.

-All the video descriptions from previous videos are redone from moses point of view, basically calling Charles a liar in all of them, claiming he wanted the audience to see the devil.

-Moses says charles is now stalking him

-Moses breaks into Charles house a couple times, both times finds the devil in the house, both times flees.

-Oddly, despite being shown to have fleed the house at the end of one video, the next video seems to show an alternate ending where a masked man shoots Moses presumably dead instead. He sits down, takes off the mask revealing it to be charles then teleports away.

-A new, unexplained narrator takes over the channel. Claims he found the camera with instructions to the channel that he should post a few more videos. Despite the fact the narrator seems pretty disintrested in the story and is just posting things as a last wish to two dead people (he names Charles and Moses) all the video descriptions are again changed, this time pretty hostily telling us details about the background, like how Charles had been to the town before, but lied about it, and was just trying to get the Devil out of the town by showing the videos to the audience.

-Charles last video shows up, presumably posted by the new maintainer, it's badly distorted and hard to make out. Basically all I get out of it is the devil made him do it, the devil told him that Charles had killed Darren, but he doesn't remember. The cult in town, the New World Order wants to basically reset time in order to keep the devil trapped in town. He's resistant but resigned it's probably for the best.

-Then it all starts over again.

Okay, 1 new video and 1 repeat. Encounter is a video from the previous iteration, even with the same (I assume), timestamp on it. While it was common assumption this is pretty much official confirmation the reset was in game.

Now comes the fun speculation part. Charles assumes the cult left the tape for him. But if the cult is the one who reset time, why would they want Charles to find evidence pointing to an earlier iteration? That would ruin the whole point of the reset and unravel everything.

Of course, Charles was in communication or even in the cult in the last iteration. Maybe he left it for himself because he feared being wiped out in a reset.

Maybe Hermes is just causing chaos and trying to mess up the cult's plans. Any way it goes this could be very interesting.

 		fuck he's right, i checked the vids to see if any of them were shortened or edited, none so far but the descrips of two of them have changed.

The no more vid and the well vid.

lets hope ulysses doesn't go mental this time

From the legends i've read, its said this town had a cult which tried to prevent the devil from rising. Later on two news reporters vanished in the area surrounding the town which is interestingly enough, part of the commonwealth park. I dont know how substantiated the story of the reporters is but I hope to find something as I continue to search for darren.


Edit: oh and the fact he changed all the titles gave me shivers for some stupid reason...like now I gotta pay real attention Smile
