The description states that "I feel like I've seen him before"... could Ulysses be starting to recognize the pattern and cycle of events that are happening?

very probable, The masked men also stated in the original iteration that Ulysses has seen the tall one before in his childhood... maybe he grew up in town?

Well whether he's recalling it or not, it is different from the last iteration that he's calling out the tall one from the beginning. I'm glad to see the differences.

Yee. I'm pretty sure he's recalling; there are a couple signs of it throughout other videos too. I really like the cyclic style, and I really like the differences.

This was a really good one... I'm still trying to figure out what all the hidden messages are. Did you guys read the video description? He's definitely trying to recall... Interesting to see how this turns out.

At 11 seconds in there's a frame inserted from the previous iterations footage which shows Ulysses shooting Moses. My guess is whoever tampered with the footage is trying to jog his memory and/or warn him with the most shocking image he has access to.

Also there's a reused shot of the devil in the corner of the corner of the room later on.

Plus the masked person staring at the camera is taken from a previous video early on.

Words at various times appear.

"This will never end"
and
"Avoid the devil"

Reusing shots from the last iteration pretty much clears up for me that this reboot was in game. Really looking forward to see how this turns out.
