Alright, I think I figured it out. An elderly Operator (played by Noah) lives his life peacefully in retirement, until a hooded figure (played by a hooligan) pulls him out for one last job! Meanwhile, Tim does Tim-Things.
Surprised there was no thread up.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Dang are we finally going to start getting some plot? I wonder if that thing that attacked Birdwatcher is going to be the main monster of this series or if it's a "masky" equivalent.
EDIT:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Also is it just me or did Mr. Birdwatcher seem like he was expecting trouble? Like he approaches the door so hesitantly and sort of seems nervous. I wonder if he's been being stalked?

Birdwatcher is very different from walker. He can't move around that well, and walker can run a lot.
Could be significant. We see Walker able to avoid what could be the same thing we see here.

Mothman? Is that you?
What's up with that camera facing the security panel? It seemed hand held, but Birdwatcher passes right by it like it's not even there.

THE REAL BROADCAST 6!
I like how Troy changed from using a relatively healthy, young protagonist to using someone more feeble. Noah is vulnerable and I'm sure we'll see more of that later on. Kinda Hitchcock-ish, in a Rear Window sort of way.
As for the clip itself I have the following main points:
1. Noah seems nervous, does he know Hoody2.0?
2. Who was phone? Seriously, how did we get that close up of Noah's face?
3. Is Noah captured now? Will he start taping himself after this encounter?
Really looking forward to 7 now.

For the camera, I have a feeling we're just watching events happening. I don't think there's a cameraman. This is a public broadcasting channel.

If someone comes knocking on your door once, and no one is there when you look, you'd pass it off as kids being dicks. If someone comes knocking on your door twice, and still no one is there when you look, you get an uneasy feeling that something suspicious is up.
I'm not ruling out that Birdwatcher possibly wasn't aware of being stalked, considering that we know nothing about him other than being a birdwatcher. Just thought I'd point out another possibility.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions that Noah is the protagonist juuuuuuuuuust yet.

...What the fuck did I just watch?
I admit, I've been holding out hope that Clear Lakes doesn't have anything to do with the Operator, and maybe it doesn't. You're not going to convince me that... thing was the Operator.
Which leads me to speculate: if this does indeed take place in Rosswood Town, maybe that place is rather like Night Vale. The place has various supernatural issues and entities, and there's no real explanation for any of it.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Spoilered for those not in the mood for my whining: I don't want this to be a real tie-in to Marble Hornets because it feels like a mean tease. They not only didn't give us answers, they let us spend five years doing frame by frame analysis, running spectrograph checks, solving increasingly difficult codes looking for answers, and then told us we were wrong to expect answers. Yeah, I'm still feeling bitter about that . What's the point of revisiting any of it in another series? We still won't have answers; if they wanted us to have those they would've given them to us the first time around.
So now I wonder. Was that an actual thing, or just a disguise trick a la Tribe Twelve (he uses a chromograph to disguise people in plain sight). Maybe it was just Dark Hoody Guy. I find it interesting that he/it didn't appear until after the Birdwatcher cracked his door open.
Also, are we sure he didn't see anybody when he looked out the window? My thought was he saw someone he didn't want to talk to, and went to the door when he realized ignoring them wouldn't make them go away.

Point in favour of Birdwatcher seeming nervous: it looks like he is wearing his outdoor clothes indoors. Whilst it could be that he is being thrifty about the heating or the thermostat is busted, it feels more likely to me that he's doing it out of preparedness - he can't move around very quickly and he knows that, so he wears his outdoor stuff all the time in case he needs to get outside in a hurry.

Gotta be dressed and ready, because you never know when static shadow will want to give you a hickey.

Well, looks like people still teleport. Also, did anyone else notice the notebook that birdwatcher had?
I have a theory. Maybe the birdwatcher, who might be an old man in this series had something to do with the creation of the hooded, jumpy guy in his house. Maybe he created him, or maybe it is his "fault" that he became whatever he is. Just a thought really, since TO used to start his stalking when people were young, maybe this isn't TO?
