 		sorry i am saying so much but like also this sort of spans MH's/totheark's themes thru the series IN ORDER so it seems to be tying itself in quite nicely.

Derp, thought it was just general chatter, got rusty over the break. So... Isn't that describing Tim? That plus the smoking dude leads me to believe this is at least slightly related to marble hornets, rather then a completely separate occurrence.

 		Well, okay.

The series could be occurring in the same general universe, but it doesn't have to be related to the specific events of MH. Honestly I hope it doesn't relate to the events of MH, because it feels like to me it would stand better on its own without all that baggage.

I've been hearing a lot of mixed chatter over this. Whether that's over the group changing their minds or just misinterpreted signals, that remains to be seen.

Also, thank you for the link. That is helpful. This has been going on a while, looks like. That's what I get for not watching a lot of streams and getting off Twitter for the most part, I suppose.

I don't think the operator will be involved, or any of the previous characters. If Tim is the missing person I'd be willing to bet that he's never found, at least not alive.

 		Meta question, but has anyone else noticed Youtube having trouble properly loading videos that are under a minute? Both of these entries have caused my player to struggle, even though youtube is loading longer videos fine on my end, and this isn't the first time I've encountered this problem with extremely short videos. But then, maybe it's just me?

Well, the THAC guys are fans of David Lynch.

There have been several ideas tossed around: numbers station, CCTV footage, public broadcast channel.

I'm going with the idea that the THAC guys are recreating the sort of creepy, low-budget TV station you might hear about in a creepypasta, and putting their own twist on it.

 		Watching this one and broadcast #1 back to back, I notice an interesting structural thing that each broadcast ends with a shot that highlights one particular figure. It's almost like whatever is directing Clear Lakes 44 is jumping around between cameras to search these people out, and each of them is going to be a character in the story - so these early broadcasts are introductory shots of these characters.

Another thing I noticed is that in each of those shots the characters in question are watching someone arrive. The chap in the parking lot is watching someone park their car; the old man in the rocking chair is watching the door where, we can tell from the shadows, someone shows up towards the end of the shot. Are these people being recruited, or abducted, or otherwise brought together for something by an external agency? (Clear Lakes 44 itself?)

I think they're being stalked and filmed without their knowledge. The old man isn't looking at the door, he's looking straight and never moves his head when the shadow shows up. This is consistent with the poem. The quite footsteps in your home.


This is like the old days of playing where's Slendy except now we're not sure exactly what we're looking for in the background.

I won't argue the point because I don't think the old man is important.
The more I look at this in it's entirety the more I realize the point is to document the shadow in the background. Someone is deliberately trying to capture footage of the people sneaking around.

 		Sorry, I just realised I completely misinterpreted where the door was. I thought the door and bit of corridor we see beyond it was a narrow wardrobe and the actual door was out of sight in the opposite corner of the room from the rocking chair.

 		I just realized why this seems familiar.
This is just like Entry #83 of MH when Jay is chasing Hoody and they both keep teleporting.This video could very well be one teleporting character trying to follow another.
