You fill out a W-4 to choose your deductions. So we need one from Ideltech if we are an employee.
You get a W-2 at the end of the year if we're an employee.
If we are contractors, then we get a 1099 and have to pay self-employment tax. We'll have to submit timecards or invoices for our work.
And get paid in virtual money.

 		If you live in the UK will you have to fill in a US tax form and will we need to get a work permit/visa or something Confused
