I can't see Tim Wright coming back as tta again, he is most likely completely done with Operator shenanigans and is staying out of it (ig and irl apparently too)
Brian is supposed to be deceased.
Seth was the only other "possible totheark member" available, so he's my guess. Since it's just him, he doesn't need a signifying color.
Either Seth, or someone new that has taken up the freaky mantle.

Actually, I am beginning to think it COULD be TTA. I can't remember which one but in one of NM's Marble Hornets explained videos, he mentions the possibility of a third TTA member. When I find it again, I will share it here.

I personally think the "third" TTA was Seth. I don't agree with NM's idea that Tim was perfectly conscious the first time he attacked Jay in Masky attire, and other things of that extent. But he does raise some good points

The way I see it there's a few possibilities.

1) This person is Tim as Masky; unlikely since Tim probably isn't going to feature like that.

2) Ghost Brian

3) Seth/Sarah/Amy as the third totheark member

4) Alex's Dog as the third totheark member

5) Zombie Brian

6) None of that
