 		Tagruato Email Response
2016 Update
So I emailed Tagruato in regards to Swamp Pop and I got a response with a 2016 update: Vaness Gwon - January 2016 Employee of the Month

The same thing happened to me as Game Breaker. What could it mean? Most of my searches for her took me to the Reddit page.

just noticed underneath my email it says "This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If the reader of this e-mail is not the intended recipient you are hereby notified that any use dissemination, forwarding, printing or copying of this e-mail is strictly prohibited. If you have received this e-mail in error please immediately advise the sender by replying to this email and delete this message from your system."

So i emailed her back.

That's standard jargon for the bottom of any email from business email account (and a really nice touch on their part for adding it!). I get that same thing at the bottom of any email my husband sends me from his work account.

Got my response back from Tagruato - same as everyone else. This may just be a slow form auto response, and possibly with a format that automatically makes the date for employee of the month match the current date. I say someone try again next week and see if it changes to February.

 		Yea im starting to think that's an auto date updater as well. Was just strange that it took them a week for me to get a response though. i sent them another email last night and i got the same reaction as the first. Idk

 		So I accidentally found something really interesting out (AKA the story of my life).

Back when this movie was Valencia, one of the few things public knowledge was that it had been heavily re-written post spec script by a "Daniel Casey."

Except for I couldn't find a Dan Casey. It's a common name, and none of the ones I could find were screenwriters, (although one Dan Casey works for Nerdist, and another - possibly this Valencia one - wrote a short spec comic book a few years back http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=10634 http://deadline.com/2012/12/fox-acquires-sci-fi-pitch-theory-of-everything-391776/).

When the trailer dropped, all of a sudden some sites were reporting the rewrite was now credited mainly to Damien "Whiplash" Chazelle. Some even went so far as to Say Dan Casey was just a psuedonym.

I was just idly looking through who Dan Trachtenberg follows on Twitter when I found a *Dan Casey...*

*The* Dan Casey. His Instagram has pictures of him on set, with his own chair with his name on it and everything. Dig far enough back (almost 3 years) and there are pictures of him signing big contracts and excitedly visiting Bad Robot for the first time.

But he hasn't mentioned the trailer at all. Which is odd, since it sounds like it's his first big break.

I'm guessing he posted that around the time of the Paris attacks, in solidarity. In other words, not movie related.
