I just opened it in pixlr and fooled around with the levels a little bit...otherwise the image is not modified in any way.

thats really strange...on another note i noticed some redditors were following a lead about "swamp pop" which appears in the trailer. i can tell you guys that it isn't a lead. swamp pop is a local soda sold in Louisiana where i live..ive had it myself lol. they've been growing in popularity which is probably why they just put up a website. this movie was filmed in louisiana so they probably catered to the cast and crew for some screen time.

I'm convinced that there is some sort of clue in the poster somewhere.

 		Am I the only one that hears the creature at the end of trailer? After the earthquake sound, you can hear something that sounds like a growl...

it occurs at 1:28 in the official trailer. I don't have the know-how or the equipment to analyze audio. Maybe someone else can give it a look?

 		Hey guys! I remember watching cloverfield in theatres when I was about 10 years old and I thought it was the best movie ever! Unfortunately, I never knew about the viral marketing until a few years later, but boy am I excited to see if there will be any ARGs associated with 10 cloverfield lane!

but yeah, I hear a combination of the two. Like, the A-bomb sounds starts as soon as the title hits, but at 1:35 you can hear Clover's growl

Good to see some of the old faces back. I came here first for Year Zero and then stuck around for Cloverfield and lurked a bit during the Slender-boom of the early 10's. This should be fun.

Also, apologies if this has already been mentioned, but perhaps all the Eiffel Towers are a reference to Les Guerriers de Mère-Terre, the activist group that established Tidowave in the first place? Could John Goodman be Le Bandit Vert? He doesn't appear to have a French accent, but I guess there was never anything explicitly stating that Le Badnit Vert was French, just that he started the group in France. And if this does take place in the bayou, there is a strong French presence down there.
