The game jack sites and profiles always seem to be a bit too on-the-nose, or obvious.

Ecks, saw that same Instagram, but it looked unrelated to me. I'd happily be proven wrong though! Was it mentioned on Reddit or something? I didn't mention it here or see it mentioned on this thread at all.

It was in here several pages ago. I only check/post to the unForums. I'll find the post and update later (not easy to do on a phone at work). 😊

 		So I can't tell if Howard's message to Megan should be taken as being in "real-time" or not. That is, is this something that he left for Megan a while ago and that still exists, like Internet archeology? Or is this something that he *just recently* left for Megan, meaning that this is happening in the current day (of the game).

He says that he expects attacks "any day now" -- in that case, don't you think he'd try following up with something else pretty quickly when he doesn't hear from Megan?

And respective Slusho at Facebook I fully agree with Pixiestix. It's not really professional to make marketing of OOG with IG contents.

 		The website does look kind of dated. Then again, it could just be designed by someone with very little website design experience.

I don't think the Slusho page on Facebook is IG. It looks to me like it was created in 2010, well after the old ARG. My guess is that it is fan made, but correct my if I am wrong!

 		I'm not sure if it's been explicitly established or not, but the tagruato.jp page only goes up to September `07. That's when they posted the latest "headlines" and the interactive map of drilling sites still lists the Chuai Station as "opening Sept `07".

May answer why the FAPT page looks old. We may still be in '07 IG. There's speculation that light we see behind the house is the nuking of MGP at the end of Cloverfield, meaning this overlaps a bit with the original film if it's true.

Random thought; Do we know anything about the mom that is astute enough to be intercepting emails and such?

 		Right, so we know that Howard is still working for Tagruato/Bold Futura in the present-day, February 2016.

Presumably, (assumption time!) this is before he goes into the bunker during the events of the movie. (I'm predicting a gory death for Howard).

So the question remains: When did Howard try to contact Megan? Pre-bunker, obviously. But is this pre-February 2016 also?

I've admittedly been staring at the main image-filled page on FAPT for a while now.

This image has kept my attention. Is it me or is there an arrow pointing directly to what might be a heart (kinda looks like the other strawberry image also) in the middle?

I've been looking at this all weekend, too. That arrow is pretty blatant.

I think that's what I wanted to establish. I emailed the contact address on tagruato.jp asking if they had an updated site since the main page only goes up to '07. I'm expecting an auto-response, but sent just in case.

So, looking at the source code, I've noticed that the page showcasing the letter to Megan, which you get to after correctly inputting the password, is actually just http://funandprettythings.com/chat.

Is there anyway, without a sitemap, to figure out all the pages within a site? Might help uncover the next step without figuring out Megan's 13th bday gift.
