I think this is an interesting line of thinking, but unfortunately right now we don't have enough confirmation about the right numbers to use, or even if we should be using them in this way. So, it is hard to conclude much of anything at this point.

Plus, even if this is right, what are we supposed to do with this? I agree that coordinates seem like a likely way to go, but it'd be better if the coordinates landed on some location more.. salient/relevant.

That's why I think I'm missing something here. One coincidence is one thing, but when theres multiple all lined up together, it leads me to believe there's something more. What are the chances that a place mentioned on the swamp pop website has coordinates that matches numbers we've been given so closely. And then when you slightly change the coordinates (of the Jean Lafitte city center since if it's somewhere in the area, it will have different numbers) to match up with the numbers we DO have, we still end up with a Jean Lafitte, LA address. There's SOMETHING I'm missing, which is why I posted this seeking help, but everyone on Reddit is so quick to shoot it down so I figured I'd come here where people seem to be more open to ideas and more helpful.

 		So, I've been thinking. I think we're behind on this. I think Howard's last message was a hint from the puppet masters that they are watching us and we don't have much time for this, and we need to get our act together and hustle. They are impatient with us. I am impatient with us. We've got less than a month for this, it's absolutely time sensitive.

We need better images. We should have had them yesterday. But Reddit due to its upvoting nature loses interest and momentum super quickly. It doesn't look like we're getting them any other way than in theatre right now. I would go, but it seems like the trailers aren't international.

I'm not on Reddit and I don't want to be right now, but can someone who is make a impassioned pleas for us? We need a better quality picture from AMC. The easiest way for us to get these is if we ask the projectionists, or other theatre workers to do it for us. There are a bunch of them who hang out in r/movies, potentially other places too. Definitely crosspost it to r/10Cloverfield Lane, and R/ARG. Ask specifically for the AMC image, but add in that any of the others people want to get for us (the Regal and the Carmike particularly) would be helpful. Maybe add in a mention of how the clearer monkey picture cracked this open for us.

Is that doable? My (+ our!) eternal gratitude is yours for the taking!

Yeah, it's odd. So there's an interesting connection whoever did this wants us to make.

Safarland is a real company that owns Mustang survival. They make (among other things) that floatation vest from the frame of the movie, as well as other diving equipment. The German letter we got from the supposed GameJack G5MC was a diver looking to work on a Oil rig.

Here's where it gets REALLY weird:

That second coordinate I posted, it's actually the one I'm most confident about.

It's in an area filled with Oil Rigs off the coast of Corpus Christie designated as a sector named:

MUSTANG ISLAND

Sooo, this is either telling us G5MC was in game the whole time, or its G5MC jacking us again.

EDIT: Yes, it's been mentioned that The Walking Dead is going to have some sort of "first look" at the movie. That usually means a small "making of" featurette, short interview clips. Should be interesting.

This would be ridiculous. They JUST released the ONLY true puzzle we've had, and it basically coincided with that message, so if that is the case then frak the PM team if they can't handle the fact that THEIR game is flawed {and not the players.} They had 2 months before the film releases, they should have dropped a trailhead THE SAME DAY as the trailer "leak" - not something that took a month to put together. Because the thing is, even if we HAD found the employee of the month in January, it was a dead frakking end. As it was, the PM team had to pull out the velveta and HAND PaFT to that cloverfield blogger as a trail lead because there was no connection from point a to point frakking b. So yeah, no.

I'm sure it will be so I'm watching it anyway, just on mute. They just gave a notification to stay tuned for it so it might be the next break or two. Reminds me of when I was 13 muting the Super Bowl to watch the commercials. Laughing

Yay! Thank you for sharing with us!! I wasn't able to record it. Loving the new footage and that we now kinda know how that "other guy" got his arm injured. Starting to feel like the monster noise we hear at the end is more mechanical and JG screaming no... At least that's how I heard it this time.
