Right before the word MONSTERS something pinkish hits the window she is looking out of when she goes to escape.

Stopped it- looks like a hand smashing against the window.

So - someone has scratched "help" into the glass from the outside of the hatch.

Someone with a hand is banging on the door, however the moment is horrific to MEW, so I'm guessing it's not a perfectly pretty person. {If it is Megan, she must be frakked up}

The webaddress { beprepared.com } on the tubs is a legit webstore and although it is being promoted here, it's more than likely OOG so suggest we leave them alone.

That's just MEWs reflection in the glass when she is backing away from the door at about 52 seconds, right?

Going thru it more slowly, the scene right before the hand hits the window. Looks like you can barely see someone wearing a gas mask. The top left. You can see an eye and then a little ways down it looks like a mouth.
