 		Things are finally picking up. Text in the bottom left at the end of the video is clearly an anagram for "regards", so it's safe to say totheark has returned.

I dunno, I've got to disagree with both of you here.
The protagonist (walker?) has been described as a birdwatcher, and has been constantly looking out of the house and so on. Maybe something horrible is happening outside?

If we're going down the road that it's directed to the camera, then I think that it's safe to assume that there's got to be another entity involved, because I dont think that THAC would break the fourth wall so... obviously

dunno, feels more like 'integrating' the fourth wall, trying to convince the viewer it's real. that was a component of MH, though I admit this feels a little strong.

still remember when tim chewed jay out for posted his medical records on youtube? this isn't completely new.

the part starting at 53 seconds where the distorted voice keeps asking 'whatiswrongwithyou?', the longer that part goes the more an outline of something appears over it. shortly before it cuts away at about 1:02 the lines get pretty clear. looks like the neck and lower-half of a face with large glasses to me.
