 		Book iv is telling me : in ou ? ??? Ry. The hang up is the pronoun. In word I see "you" nets the 0.
20 th Hebrew letter is an R.

 		Apologies, taransfurball, for not clarifying why I was using T(20th) after having tried R, H(ebrew) & L(etter) seeking a 7 letter word before the new clues came.

Had thought "9-3" might be(nIne). So, after perusing the new clues I began again and using Q tweeted "inquiry" to Magister as he'd asked if I'd found the "etymology" word. At almost 72 hrs with no reply am just posting it here b/c I may not have much spare time this week & (right or wrong) HTH y'all. EDIT below:

 		I have nothing new to add to the Magister's work. I leave tomorrow for a 5 week work excursion so my internet is going to be severely limited (I live in a van full time and travel the renaissance festival circuit). I'll check in when I can.

I have recently been both ill and discouraged, wondering how long you will accompany me on this path, and anxious to tell you more of the story. The responsibilities and obligations of my life pull at me, but I have worked myself free once more, for a time.

I recently found myself in a moonlit clearing and it was there that I encountered the High Priestess. She is a mysterious figure, cloaked in light. She is a paradox, because the wisdom she possesses was brought about through much pain: the pain of life and death and time and age and experience. But the pain of life eventually distills into peace. While the High Priestess represents everything we wish we knew about life, she cannot share it with us all at once, only in bits and pieces.

It's my job to share her wisdom with you, helping you put together the pieces of the puzzle. It is my greatest reward, and love my Keepers with all my heart.

Spring is changing into summer and hopefully my health will return. I can feel the stories in me growing stronger, and soon you will benefit from what has bloomed within the depths of my silence.

 		Hi Christmas...was late to the fêté so gave you (for the Solve!!) and Russell (for the sourcing.Thx!) some twitter <3 a couple of days ago.

Truly certain your choice is 100% spot-on b/c when I was catching up I read (and have now forgotten the source) that the ancient Greek word for inquiry is historia. Hope Magister ctcs you soon so you can bug(tease) him about the title in his library b/c the English copy/version in the research room here is titled "The Histories" Laughing

Not sure for the symbol part yet - I've tried things like balance, harmony, Sagittarius, etc.

For the Thoth one - those look like years but I'm not sure what to do with them. The picture is of the Emerald Tablets of Thoth.
