 		I wonder if it would be worthwhile for v37 / Danny to reach out to Denise and see if she knows anything about "NR". I assume we won't hear from her again, but it would be an interesting plot twist if she recognized the initials, and perhaps had a reaction of some kind to his involvement.

Also, I noticed earlier today (but mostly ignored) a thread on Reddit that mentioned Howard's phone number was working again (https://ns.reddit.com/r/10cloverfieldlane/comments/49lyo0/howards_phone_number_is_working_again/). Perhaps they cleared it in anticipation of this new chapter?

 		Howard called Helveticatt's phone, but she was in class and didn't pick up. She said it didn't even ring. He didn't leave a voicemail.

Indeed, that's the one. I ran it using Wine on Linux because I couldn't find (from a quick search) a program that worked natively in it, maybe a similar workaround can be found for Mac users.

Ack! Wine on Mac is completely horrid. I don't know what they did to it, but I can't get it to work right for the life of me.

She said it just made an alert noise and said she missed a call, so I don't think she even had a chance to answer it.

 		I am thinking it didn't ring cause they used a service called SlyDial. Allows you to call a phone without it ringing. She said she had the phone right next to her and the ringer was on, but it just alerted to her to a missed call randomly, which is exactly what this services allows you to do - http://www.slydial.com/ - Hypothetically they could leave a voicemail with this same service in the future. Unfortunately no voicemail this time.

Howard will have to text or voicemail something then, if there's no chance to answer the call.

Like I said they could totally use SlyDial to leave a voicemail, that is what the service does, it directs you straight to voicemail. But they did not leave any voicemail in this case, unfortunately.
