 		Anyone feel like this is a little strange? just a SP soda bottle in the middle of nowhere and hasn't rolled away from the site or anything?

This feels a little strange to me

Obviously the soda bottle was planted there as a signal.

This reddit guy might be a plant, I don't know, but FWIW - TPTB are probably monitoring the site regularly to make sure everything was set up just right. not uncommon for a dead drop.

The bottle did have clear condensation along the inside indicating it has been sitting in the sun. Never a bad thing to be skeptical but this is a relatively isolated location and most people aren't going to go out of their way to pick up "garbage" if they happen to see it when driving by.

Well, yeah, I get that but it just feels weird that the bottle was sitting there all this time. Only thing I can think of is that someone was monitoring the Reddit/dig site and planted it and kept and eye on the site.

 		Just watched the video.. that's a LOT of survival gear! A cache from Howard is no joke!

Survival stuff seems like flavor.

ARGy stuff = USB, note (obvs.), puzzle piece


EDIT: I doubt the bottle has been there that long. They only released the super-clear trailer images 2 days ago. Without those last digits from the images, there is little chance we would have stumbled at exactly this location sooner than that.

A reddit user sent and email to Edgebrook Farms asking if they were aware of this ARG. It appears they are IG.

Response - I don't know anything about the movie, but we did see a strange man digging on our property in the middle of the night a few nights ago and we shooed him off.

I hate Facebook, but actually used it to send EdgeBrook Farm a message early this morning. I got the exact same response, word for word.
