Rambling- that is a treasure chest full of silver. 60 divided by 10 is 6. So 500 divided by 10 is 50?

Hope the replies give us some direction.

I don't think we're supposed to do anything with the $500 - it was a way for us to find the post on CG CHI.

But if you look closely at the pic, there are more than 60 pieces of silver there - it looks like 78 pieces to me.

And I was thinking someone should try an email pretending to be dating Howard, wanting to buy this for him because he's upset he lost a set JUST like it and see how mad she gets Wink
EDIT: Or maybe say something about having a grandfather stationed overseas during WWII (maybe both).

Oh gosh, dating Howard. I will do that!

I didn't get any response from my original email. But then, like a lot of people, I pretended to just be someone honestly interested in the silverware. So I'll send this new one!

Edit: sent it off! Let's see if I get any responses!

She is probably going to warn you that he is unstable Razz

Has anyone tried telling here about the Chicago shelter Howard built for Megan? My email to her was just warning her that Howard was trying to get in touch with their daughter. Still no reply.

Takin' one for the team. Gotta love it.

Howard's EHarmony profile:

Big Teddybear likes nights in playing games or listening to oldies. Can be adventurous with handcuffs and role-play for the right gal. Must be indoor type and good with small accommodations, and interested in a long term relationship, 2 to 3 years minimum. If interested, time is short, hit me up.

Heh, LOVE it. I wasn't thinking of mentioning Howard, or that it could be the SAME one right off the bat, but if anything will - this should REALLY get her going. Wink

EDIT: Legit cackling right now Laughing Laughing Laughing

Have fun getting sued by a soccer mom/Trump-supporter. hahaha Laughing

Back to the emails.. I'm currently trying to make a deal to include the notebook with the wares. Let's see how if I'll get through

edit: kelwhite1, you forgot one important description of Howard: he likes his empty Swamp Pop bottles around (one on the buried DD and one on his face)

Go big or go home, guys. I'm in it to win it! Geek

Well, I really just figured that if people that mention Howard and Megan are getting responses, might as well try to push some buttons. If she replies angrily, I'm more than happy to defend the sanity of my *amazing* boyfriend.

And if there's a lawsuit, bring it on! Wink

Maybe you shouldn't full out defend his sanity - say you attributed stuff to him being "quirky" or something like that. You might get some detail out of her trying to warn you. (If she replies).

That could work. I think I'll take the angle that I believe in everything that he says (if there's even a response), and love his little quirks. Then, she can warn me if she desires. We'll see! I'm having more fun with this than I have in this game since the trailer coordinates we being researched.

Edit: people on r are posting their responses too: https://www.reddit.com/r/10cloverfieldlane/comments/4910p3/superpost_of_all_replies_from_ms_stambler_post/#s

Seems like she is replying to random types of queries. I'm laughing so hard. XD

I did this in my email this afternoon. I've not received a response.

My personal theory is that this will lead to an IG e-mail from Megans mom informing us that she is dead. Would be predictable and underwhelming, but gathering e-mails is the only purpose I could see this update serving.

A quick search tells me it's "no such zone."

(As a kid, I always thought it was "no such phone" which makes not much sense for a postal lyric. "No such home" was another version, but it doesn't rhyme perfectly.)

Perhaps the silverware is not the focus and the composition book is ?
In his directions to the drop at HI Chicago, Howard goes out of his way to mention "that art school you cried about" I looked around for nearby artsy stuff back then, I suppose i'll give it another look while waiting for the emails to pan out. Right around the corner was http://www.fineartsbuilding.com/ It's open to the public and has a cafe. I don't know........

Isn't the Art School in Chicago the the one attached to this place:

http://youtu.be/vBBOMLURSGA

?

I thought that was kinda an interesting thing in the context of inexplicable John Hughes movie connections.

Also, all of John Hughes movies took place in the same fictional north shore Chicago suburb of "Shermer" Illinois.

It doesn't help us right now. But it's an interesting connection.

Hello! Yes, I mentioned earlier that there are more than 60 pieces-which made me wonder why she mentions 6 and 60 as that is wrong. The 500 does help find the post for sure- but hey, it's a number!

I think people mentioning Howard and Megan tells the PM's they are IG and not real buyers happening along by accident- maybe leading to more replies.
