[adultswim] uses their 4:AM slot on Tuesdays (monday nights, is how I remember to look for it) for the weirdest 15-minute films -- that's where "Too Many Cooks" premiered. I recorded this one last night, but haven't been brave enough yet to watch it. I'm assuming the above links were just promotional clips, and I don't expect an ARG to come of it.

Actually, you might be surprised. The link to the site was IN the video (the one that you have not watched yet) during the credits, considering you had to use an e-mail address/message to get the site's password AND there is a password for the archives, + a few other things within said archives that don't make sense, it is VERY possible that this is an ARG, maybe even tying this into Unedited Footage of a Bear (on the claridryl site, in the house, you can see people phasing out of a wall and a floor).

So weird thing, I was having déjàvu over this. I had searched for Adult Swim here a few weeks ago when people were taking about that weird 10 CL LN ad with the lawnmower man, and found that they did a similar thing (weird ad) for the original Cloverfield

AND then happened to read about this exact guy doing the exact same thing as this and it was just a weird interactive art project that went nowhere, not an arg.

Then again, there is the possibility that so many people thought that was an arg he decided to give them one this time. Still. Don't let me ruin your fun. Seems like AS has a long and storied history of being involved in ARG stuff so you never know.
