 		I did some quick digging and found a few things.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Adjusting the brightness level on the uploaded image reveals a text saying: "The air of death and desertion was ghoulish, and the smell of fish almost insufferable; but I was resolved to let nothing deter me."
a HP Lovecraft quote, but I don't know what book it comes from.

The youtube channel has one video uploaded today

The title of the video is 41.85401, -71.38104
the coordinates leads to the exact location of H.P Lovecrafts grave.

In the description there is some binary code "0111011101100101011000010111001001100101011011000110010101100111011010010110111101101110" that translates to "we are legion"
and the video itself reads what I think is a book cipher, that I don't know how to decode.

That's all I could get out of this.

 		The book (I think) is "The Shadow Over Innsmouth". That, I think, is what you'll use to crack the cipher. The only issue is sometimes the ciphers are susceptible to edition differences. However, I believe the most common circulation of that story is in the compilation book, "The Call of Cthulu and Other Weird Stories". I am currently trying to find a copy that will help crack the code.

Gonna say real quick that "We are legion" popping up in this makes me less than hopeful for it being anything other than 4chan memeing, but I could be wrong.
