An organization made up of humans, that we know of. Oh, and at least one species of otherworldly being well-established to have any number of endlessly various abilities. Who's to say temporal distortion/manipulation is out of the question?

You get a power. You eat one of your species, you get their power. The weak perish and the strong only get stronger. Iridescent's world doesn't sound like a place where you make friends easy.
