we did already have a thread for this, but you're new and might not know that we like keeping things organized and together.

It would help if we could see just the final puzzle you are stuck on, if it is indeed a stand-alone thing. I didn't want to read thru the entire history of the hunt (especially on reddit, which I hate to navigate), unless it is required for solving the final step.

You are correct that we like puzzles around here. Some of us (me, for one) are lazy about tracking down a puzzle, but a puzzle pasted here in the thread will often get solved just for fun.

Okay, I'll try to explain the best I can. In the beginning of the hunt we were given this image: http://i.imgur.com/THPLaPg.jpg. After decoding all the letter parts, we made a trip around the globe, in places like Russia and Japan, only to get back to the US. The last clue we ever found was this: http://imgur.com/a/Jsgw0

The riddle translates to this:

RETURN TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
THE FINAL PIECE IS IN YOUR HAND
THE PARCHMENT CAN BE SUCH A TEASE
THE ANSWER'S WRITTEN IN THE TREES.

The creator of the whole Hunt has confirmed that we only need the first and last clue to solve this.
