The Operation Centaur folder on Dropbox now contains a video (!)

It now also has picture that looks like it was take of medical records and posted to something like snapchat....

Just to add to the transcribe -

Montana is at the top of the document (could that link to the one coordinate that is in Montana) and the note from, I guess Snapchat is - "I hope this helps. I'm working on getting more. Have to be careful. More Soon.

Here is the transcript for the Video (file name 08.24.16_Medical.mp4) If anyone can add anything. Also, has anyone run that video through a spec analysis (I am not that good at that) but considering the audio from the other site had something hidden.

man lying on what looks like a medical bed and the walls may be a temporary shelter rather than solid structure. There is a woman medic examining him

Woman: Dr. Walker? It's Dr. Okendi you're back on the base now, you're safe.

Man: Starts mumbling

Woman: What's that?

Man: [Says something uncertain of the wordmaybe it is beast or beat] I feel a heart.

Woman: You feel, you feel your heart?

Man: [continues to mumble and becomes more agitated]

Woman: Dr. Walker all your vitals are normal.

Man: Becomes more agitated, still speaking unintelligibly and is flailing. Woman medic trying to hold him in and begins to strap him in.

Woman: Dr. Walker, Dr. Walker. You're okay. You're okay

I ran the video through a spec analysis and found nothing.

Also, if you open the image with a text editor you can see it has been created with photoshop, so there could not be any snapchat account at all.

I think we will have to wait

New video in the Operation Centaur folder named 14.43.03_Medical.mp4. Seems Doctor Walker is waking up but cannot understand or recognize people talking.

And another image posted - Photo1 3.jpg with a new name - Dr. Arkady Sivakoa and more location info - the Siberia Shell (guessing that is what they are calling the ships)

DO we know who Dr. Sivakoa is? Seems like he might want actually want an answer.
