I checked the source code for the page that's loaded after entering the access code, and noticed there was reference to www.westworldexperience.com . It's a dead page, and according to whois, not even registered. Seems sloppy...
Edit: nevermind on the registered comment. Whois.net says I could purchase it; a different registration service shows it properly registered to HBO as of June. Still, probably worth watching the site.

Quoting myself because another email came this evening. Seems kinda weird:
Quote:
Team: Narrative has been working on a promo for the new Fall storylines in the park. Delos Strategy group has the usual concerns about hitting their quadrants, reach, appeal, etc. We're confident they'll sign off. While this is not approved or public yet, the management team thought it pertinent to begin sharing with WW employees as early as possible to grow awareness of the exciting changes coming. This is confidential and for internal review ONLY. Take a look at what's in the works here .
Best regards,
Westworld Guest Relations
Not sure why "Guest Relations" is sending me information that is not public yet and meant to be for WW employees. Anyway, the link in the email goes to a new trailer for WW, which only makes sense if this is just marketing and not an actual game/story.

It's looking more viral and less ARGy, and that's a bit depressing. Aww... I want to find a fun new ARG to play in, but I missed out on Spectacular Organic and this seems less player involved...

Just got this email - any thoughts on what there might be to find?
Quote:
Team: You may have heard media reports about recent attempts to breach IT security around Westworld's digital properties and servers. As employees, you should have all the facts about what happened and the steps we all need to take to protect sensitive Delos information. In the past couple weeks, users of online digital message boards have been looking closely at the source code behind Westworld's digital destinations, particularly DiscoverWestworld.com, searching for details about our operations. Thankfully, those users have gleaned little, but we know they are continually watching. Considering this and the fact that code can get messy, it's imperative all Westworld staffers take the time to comb through all public-facing code and remove any sensitive materials or links that may be inadvertently embedded within. The company does not want to take chances with exposing proprietary information.
If you have any questions, contact our Data Security & Protection team. As always, please keep this information and request confidential.

I think there is yet another new comment at the bottom - <ffa3bb7> and now with the email - does anyone have a full list of all the odd code snippets and numbers and is willing to share for the good of the collective

Could that be a code?
could it reveal the access code?
docwho2100 shared the working access code with us several posts up. Whether or not there is anything else to 'access' at this point is quite unknown.
That image name just looks to me (and my untrained eye) like typical digital encoding of web based stuff.
It's the fact that these other codes are explicitly commented into the source code and then changing at intervals that really makes me wonder...
I tried the whole string of characters and each section individually. Nothing happened, but interesting thinking investigating the emails more closely.

Well earlier in this thread , I began an attempt to collect these source code snippets. I will add this new one to the list:
EDIT: oh the 'vitruvian' thing is a nice find.. that's new!

https://discoverwestworld.com/vitruvian leads to key art. Found in source code.

Okay just attaching the image here for reference.
So first thought is that this is just more marketing. The last email led to the new trailer and now this email leads to the latest poster advertising the show.
Second (possibly hopeful) thoughts:
"Every hero has a code" makes me wonder if this is a hint somehow.
Zooming in on the picture doesn't reveal much although the 'rivets' around the main circle have some weird spacing.
I couldn't find anything else in the main site source code.

Yeah that's what I thought too but not finding anything in picture. Even thought Hero might be a code word but nothing accepts it.

I was hoping "delores" would have been an access code - no luck.

Those rivets at the bottom have been really annoying me since I saw them. I've isolated them below to see if anyone sees a pattern that could lead us somewhere.

Yeah - you would think that the rivets would be uniform, or at least symetric.
Binary, perhaps?

Another Video Clip I stumbled on a French web site that had a 30 second teaser video and it also had some dots on a piano paper roll. Here is a link to the video but I took a screen shot around the 7-8 second mark so you can see what I mean.

If someone can find the official HBO version of this feel free to post the link.

Re: Another Video Clip
Those dots on the paper are from a Player Piano Roll. You can see the Player Piano in that trailer.

Well I still don't know what these things are for, but there's a new comment in the Discover Westworld source. Adding to the previous:
