new post and pic theres a new pic and post on the site:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
picture appears to be one of William Henry Porter (AKA: O. Henry)
in the lower left hand of the picture, there is some small black text, thats a bit difficult to make out but i think it is:
http://imgur.com/3AX1QM0
since theyre all in capitals, it may not translate properly when trying to reach imgur.
the combination of uppercase letters and lowercase letters, may be mixed in different combinations.
in any case, there is also some text on the page itself:
GQZMFMBSHDRIBMRQHAXDKNHCQCZU4IBXGHBLAMRR4KALEMBSFYYDRYUAWNLQ====
GQZMFMBSG3RIBMRVHAXDPYUAWNHCANZRYKYDCM7CQCZDKMJOGDRIBM2X
I tried running it through a base 64 decoder, but nothing legible or that makes sense.
anyone else got a different prespective on this?

MEGA PROPS @Syke for copying the above so carefully & the cipher Solve is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Both are Base32 strings converting to two sets of coordinates:
42°28′08.54″N 71°21′02.08″W
42°26′58.7″N 71°13′51.0″W
The coords above are those given for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battles_of_Lexington_and_Concord .
My interest here waned during the heebie-jeebie spider pic invasion (so BIG )Yet a Revolutionary War theme has caught me again in its web

Seems like the website has gone down. Anyone have any follow-up after that last solve, or has this trail(head) gone cold?
ETA: It's back up. Maybe it was just a small outage. Anyway, I've tried that imgur link out several different times, and I keep getting back an update saying the post has been removed. Maybe I just haven't put together the right series of characters yet?

has anyone just curious...has anyone tried to email back the original email address?
maybe either giving him the coords for teh Battle of Lexington at Concord, or maybe just mentioning that title, or even just asking a question?
TheMightyMooker:
ive tried several different iterations of combinations of code for the imgur link...i keep getting a not found page.
seems like youre closer than i am on reaching that imgur page

I was getting that, too, when a friend of mine suggested I try to skip the middle man by ending the URL with .png. It hasn't worked yet, but it did feel a tad bit more promising.

So I've tried running the capitalized letters through a few different decryptions, but I've gotten nowhere with it. Anyone else working on this? I'm pretty much stuck at this point.

I'm a little uncertain that there's much value to the response you received, but I'd love to help in some way. What are the decryption efforts you've tried so far?
