Do we assume the English section is an accurate translation of the opening Chinese text? (no reason not to, really)

I was just beginning to transcribe the cipher text, but was beaten to the task. Good job!

My one online QR decoder could not give me a result.

Each eye has a diffrent thing on it.

1. 6a616761746169

which is Hex for "jagatai"

2. Braile for: P E T U N T Z E

3. QR code.

4. Binay! [It's not an arg until you have some binary!] 01100101011110010110010101101110

which becomes "eyen"

So jagataipetuntze[something]eyen

Yes, the chinese text is the same (I had begun translating it before I realized it was repeated in english Bang Head

).

So my email worked.

I received an email containing:

AUTHORISED/

Not sure what to make of the numbers...time stamp? ID number?

Has anyone called the number? This may be an access code of sorts to be entered on the phone.

My curiousity is peaked by their paypal account address.

I mean it is front and centre on the twitter. I would if that is just for local colour or if a donation may play into this somehow. I mean requests for money are one of the traditional signs of a cult.

Calling the phone number (1 3202 ASCEND) gives you a repeated english "Become an Ascensionist today!".

Dialing the authorization code we received results in what I'm sure is an SSTV transmission. I've tried various digital modes, but haven't gotten anything out of it yet...

I called the number again to get a higher-quality recording, using my phone rather than Skype, but this time I got a VERY different header!

MAYBE this was a glitch from my phone, as I only have two bars, but it sounds like PSK or HELLSCHREIBER to me!

I think it may be your phone, as I just called and the audio sounded like the first recording. I don't know much about transmission formats/decoding etc. so I hope you're able to find something!

I think you're right, after listening to samples of digital modes, it sounds more like GSM encryption off-sync. (In english, my signal cutting out)
