Odd tweets with eyes and codes.

I've been a lurker on this site for a while, but something came up that convinced me to make an account. A bit ago, scrolling through /r/MorbidlyBeautiful on reddit, I found this odd post:

Researching further, I found a similar theme of eyes and odd codes (going so far as to use the exact same code featured in the title of the reddit post) going on with these Twitter and Pinterest accounts:

Investigating the Twitter lead, I found that it made consistent posts between the 16th - 24th of December. All posts SEEM to be featuring an image of an eye with some sort of identifying mark in the lower right hand corner, along with a code of some sort.

Any ideas?
