What does a rose do now?: rose as in our rose?

Exit Stage Right: theatre term to exit on the actor's right side of the stage

Horning Pigeon: I think this is actually homing pigeon, though the text is definitely hard to see in the flash.

One more thing, although this may or may not be relevant to the puzzle - when you mouseover the word "skip" during the intro, the word turns into "ship." What is the deal with that?

OK,
I tried the contact number and all I got was a Voice Mail System, with a long box box number.

Also now we know how she gets our info, she has people who used to be Gov. Agents working for her.

My theories on the code

Without Janga - could mean without building block
Homing Pigeon - is a carrier of messages
Sounds of Thunder - Most people call it a Clap of Thunder
Lewis and Clark Travelled - America???
Not sure on House of Cards or What does a rose know?
Exit Stage Right - could be refering to acting or actors???
