If rose is just a reference to 'a rose by any other name would smell as sweet', then why 'now'?

ref. to player name 'rose' is possible, but I'm not involved enough to know how likely.

An third alternative (yes, I know!) would be 'rise', which is common in place names, or could be an instruction [get up, climb the stairs, etc, depending on the context we get from decoding the rest]

I think again Data has to refer to TOBI. An android who strives to be as human as possible, and who (at one point in the series) was actually recognized as a sentient being, and therefore no longer the 'property' of Starfleet.

It might also suggest a way to take TOBI from the guys. Based oh what happened to Data in the last movie. She could be suggesting to the agent to make it look like he destroyed himself for some reason. That way she gets TOBI and everyone else thinks he's lost.

Ok, this might sound weird, but consider this...Rolly Polly Fish Heads, old song. Most of us have heard it at some time. Might mean the first two terms are together.

And this is a HUGE stretch, but I'm basically throwing out anything that occurs to me. Fish Food might not refer to what you feed a fish (or feeding people 'to the fishes'), but rather food made from fish. Possibly caviar. Don't know what relevance that might have, but thought it might fit somewhere in someone else's theories.
