w00t...
gah....this kinda sucks for today though...see, I was on the comp till one or so last night and then I noticed that KoL had come back up and was no longer doing the nightly maitanence...
sooo, appeasing my boredom at night, I played for a while, and now in the morning, I must live with the consequences of my drunken debauchery the night previously....
woooo...the whole day with 15 drunkedness...
that last grape schnapps might've been a little too much
I'm up for joining a team for the puzzle...well, I should probably check and see what the puzzle is before I commit myself...
*_~

I am but a KoL noob (apart from one drunken night in college, several years ago) but I've applied to join the clan: they call me SoNecessary. (As in "why you frontin' on me?")

Remind me not to tell my mother of this one. A couple of weeks ago I was watching Numb3rs with my mom that I had dvr'ed, and they brought up MMORPGs. She looked at me really funny when I blurted out what the acronym stood for along with the character on the tv. Then she asks me "Do I need to be worried about you?"

Feeling guilty Um... I was saving up to buy some training from the brotherhood of the smackdown - and one way I found of making money was to attack players in pvp for meat. However, I have just read that pvp ettiquette (I can't spell!) states that if a player wins meat in pvp, then he should return it to his opponent after the fight as a sign of goodwill.
Am I a bad person?
Should I stop doing this?
Should I only attack players who haven't logged in for ages and so maybe aren't playing anymore anyway??
What do you guys think?

I think KOL clear out the characters who haven't logged in in the last month, so you won't have too many inactives to fight.
There are lots of other ways to get meat - notible selling stuff in the flea market for more than you can get in the mall. Of course that takes advantage of the lower level players inability to go to the mall and hang out with the cool people.
Eat more food like noodle dishes (Hell Ramen anyone?) and get more adventures so you can go and get more meat from creatures.
PErsonally I don't want to do PVP for that very reason (loosing meat) so I will be keeping my hippy stone thanks.
How nice you want to be is up to you.
What is it you are saving up for? Maybe we can help you put together the parts...

I was saving up for training in super-advanced meatsmithing, so I could use the linoleum staff. I managed to save up enough meat and am now trained... thanks though!!!
