Gah, I'm stuck in the first room after collecting all the pieces! I seem to be missing a piece from the first room though. (Not the card, I got the card.)

I have all the pieces except the center section of the letter and now I'm stuck. I think I have to place the cards in the correct order, but I dunno what that is.
As for the upside down room here's a hint:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Try going back out and using the picture you found. It's not too difficult to figure out how to turn the letters into numbers
edit: huzzah! i'm out!

Yep. The ending wasn't quite what I expected which was cool.
A spoilered hint:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Pay close attention to the doors you enter - and remember the order you enter them. And since you start in the hall, make sure thats the first.

Poke's t3h l33t 30-Step The Doors Walkthrough:
WARNING: Do not use unless you are completely stumped!
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1. Open the bottom drawer in the hallway. Take the card.
2. Facing the drawers, there is a box piece on the lower left pipe on the radiator on the left wall.
3. On the floor, in the end of the hallway (the section behind where you start), is a piece of paper. Pick it up.
4. Open the only unlocked door.
5. On the bottom-left pipe on the radiator is another box piece. Take it.
6. Click on the coat, then click its arm to move it. Take the piece of paper in the pocket.
7. To the right, click on the bottom of the fireplace. Take the box piece on the bottom-right section.
8. To the right, next to the phone, is another box piece. Take it.
9. To the right, under the rightmost cushion on the couch, take the card.
10. Two to the right, place the completed box in the thingy next to the door. Go in.
11. Click the bottom handle of the filing cabinet. Take the piece of paper.
12. Click underneath the chair at the desk. Take the piece of paper underneath.
13. To the right, click the biggest purple book on the bookshelf. Take the card sticking out of it.
14. Amazingly, there is nothing on this radiator.
15. Notice how on the medical profile the 6:00 is in red. To the right, drag the hour hand to the VI (6:00). Take the box at the bottom of the clock's inside.
16. To the right, before opening the door, click on the lamp. Take the card that is underneath.
17. Now use the box on the lock thing and open the door.
18. This room is really cool. It is upside-down. Two to the right (or left, either one) there is a photograph on the floor. Take it.
19. Recognize the picture in the photo? Go out the door behind the photo and turn left. Click on the picture, then click again to open it.
20. Looking at the photograph, you can faintly see "S-C-A-P-E" written on the bottom. What does the safe keypad look like?
21. Yes, that's right, it looks like a phone (that's what you guessed, right? ...Right?). The combination is 72273. Take the box inside the safe.
22. Turn to the left and enter the door on the right. The room is now right-side up. Turn to the right.
23. Click the bed, then look under the pillow. Take the card.
24. At the bottom of the cabinet-thingy is a piece of paper. Take it.
25. To the left, under the armoire , is another one of those lock things. Put the box in, step back, and go through the door.
26. Click in the second-lowest-right shelf of the pantry thing in front of you. Take the card.
27. Two to the left (Or right, once again, they're both the same), close the pantry door. Click in the lowest shelf and take the open box.
28. This is the tricky part. Click on the open box in your inventory. Now, you have to put the cards on in the order in which the doors which the symbols are on were gone through. That last sentence did make sense, but it IS very confusing.
Starting from zero, it goes:
0: First card from Room 2
1: Card from Room 3
2: Card from Room 4
3: Card from Room 0 (The hallway)
4: Card from Room 1
5: Second card from Room 2
The box should put itself together. If it doesn't, you screwed up.
29. Put the box in the lock to the left. Go up all the stairs, click on the door, and take the piece of paper. Click on one of the pieces of the letter, and it will put itself together. Read the letter, then click out of it.
30. Watch the (crappy, in my opinion) ending.

Well, I just finished.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Reminds me of that movie Identity. Still, those damn noises gave me the heebie-jeebies.
Still kinda fun, though.
