The only references I can find for netto at all indicate it means net, like net profit. Which makes me wonder if it's a .net.

I think the first word is "to help or assist" ..meaning he wants people to register at his part of IU ? or to assist at the protest he is holding?

He needs information about the Dod visit for his (our) protest, but will that still happen? The protest was tied to the DoD visit which may be cancelled, along with the grant, as the new building is gone. At least we know Thad is still alive which means the last remaining code must relate to Marcus, although Roddington may be an outside possibility. The only possible solution is we didn't have Larch finished, or not all of our specs are right. It cannot possibly be Antiaris or Balau. The details in our specs of those codes are too on the money for what happened to Jude and Marty.

BTW rose, wanted to say sorry because i'm a big dummy and didn't realize we were both right. Antiaris is about Jude, but it's also about the building exploding. I had it in my head that 'Can't Say "No"' was Sandy, but that made no sense since Rendaldo Benson is Sandy. Obviously the entire code puts shooting him in the head and blowing up the building as one task.
