I would guess that the permissions on templates/subBlack/overall_header.tpl are set incorrectly. They may want to check their accuracy.

I have asked Nash about this because the timing of these problems are pretty inconvenient. Apparently, the servers have sustained some DDOS-attacks in the past days Sad

The first question to always ask when pondering a DOS attack is: What possible reason would someone have to launch such an assault?

If you can't think of a reason, step 2 is to look at the software.
