there is a message on gamefaqs by someone who claimes to BE cortana it is somehow connected to ilovebees and everything here. i think its a clue

Oh, I'm pretty sure we wont be seeing clues for this ARG appearing in bungie or halo or gamefaq forums. How can we verify that it has anything to do with the game? Just because someone can make an account called Durandal or Cortana and babble about bees and beaches doesn't mean it is connected to anything.

Of course, maybe I'm just a negative person, who knows. Then again, that's what happened with that ladybee777SPLAThotmail.net bungie forum account post thing... ugh

people in high places at gamefaqs dont even really know who this cortana117 acount is but they do know that it is one of the high ranked acounts given to people who work at game companies ( hello! bungie!) and it does mention hives and dana. it calls dana the second key or sword or something.

In general, message board postings are an unreliable source. They should probably be ignored as someone just trying to fool the game players.

Hey did anyone notice that the name, cortana117, has the master chief's SPARTAN designation? He is SPARTAN 117. Could there be any correlation?

The Cortana117 account referenced above was a hoax post some lamer made on bungie.net. This random person created that account with that number SPECIFICALLY in order to make people think there was some connection. The post you replied to was pointing out exactly why this post was a hoax.

Watch the newest trailer for Halo 2. In the end, where the Xbox logo and www.xbox.com appear, the xbox.com flickers...freeze it at that frame. You will see Ilovebees.com appear.

And the address to margaret's honey is bogus. So is the phone number attached to it. Margaret Efendi is also the aunt of someone who works for Bungie...

i looked at the source code for the front page. at the end it says var chinatime = new Date(2004,7,24,6,7,0);

dont know if it can help or not.
