If this is like a story jig-saw puzzle, we may need as many pieces as possible to see the whole picture. So, here are a few more of them. I tried to be careful not to duplicate what has already been found.

I've been trying to compile the story, but it looks like there are too many pieces that we are missing.

Hmmm.... is there a problem with attaching stuff? I'm getting a "The Directory '/forums/files' does not exist or couldn't be found." error.

Ok, linky then. The grey blocks are the ones that made it into the compilation; and in this one, the red italics are my guesses as to what should be there.

I tried to put everything into what I think is the correct order, though I have doubts as to my understanding of the "correctness": for example, if the Queen laid in the coffin with the crown upon her, then the Widow couldn't have found the broken crown's pieces scattered somewhere; also, I am not sure about the "Hell" pieces - could be the Widow looking for the Queen, or the Queen leaving Hell after she was rescued.

Anyway, here's what I'm getting so far:

Somebody/thing destroyed the Kingdom, took the Queen, and put a spell on her (I'm thinking she was wrapped in a cocoon, like a bee's baby (what's it called?) or, maybe, into some cobwebs - hence the "cut her a new mouth and fed her fireflies").
However, one person survived - the Widow. So, the Widow goes to Hell and finds the Queen there, laying in a coffin, cut up in pieces. The Widow needs light, and catches a firefly that flies out of the Queen's mouth, and uses it in her lantern.

Then she walks through Hell, and comes to ruines of a castle (either she went back up to the Queen's destroyed castle, or it's some other castle in Hell. Probably the Queen's castle, though - where the bodies of her servants are laying dead or enchanted).

She is walking around, killing guards on her way, and finally reaches the Inner Keep. There she sees the Manticore, and asks him to let her through. He's not letting her through, and here, I'm not sure what happens. Maybe she kills him too.

Anyway, she gets in to wherever she wanted to get into - probably into the Queen's bedroom - and finds the stones from the crown there. I think. Notably, a sapphire and a ruby. Have no idea what she does with them, or why she needs them.

Then she goes back to Hell, and restores the Queen to life. I think that the Queen opens her eyes and finds herself in Hell, with the Widow beside her, but not sure of that.

I'm not really seeing anything that looks like an ending. And there are many pieces missing that are large enough that I don't hazard a guess as to what they could be. For example, the Widow does something with the mirrors; and somebody says "timeless time I began to dream" (maybe it's the Queen after she is put back together and awake); and I think, "the Widow came with three" stones, but not seeing anything that could be around that bit; lots of other stuff, really.

Hope that helps somehow, though it might be more practical to just re-do everything by systematically extracting pieces from images on each page, keeping them in order.
