PATTERN RECOGNITION

THEY CALL ME PASTABAGEL

Has anyone read William Gibson's "Pattern Recognition". Are there any arg's like the footage in the book? Because that would be cool.

You know what else would be cool? Giant robot sundaes from outer space. But I digress.

haven't heard of any similar or copycat ARGs to date. check out the forums on gibsons site though, the people there may know something we don't.

I started a sort of puzzle site for the book. It wasn't very sophisticated, and there were very few takers (I only advertised it in the William Gibson Board). I didn't show movie clips, but still photos, hoping people would tie them together in conjunction with the book. Anyway, after a few weeks, I turned it into a photo album for the book, showing many of the locations. Now, almost a year downstream, it's quite good to look at, but it's no ARG.

Here it is. Oh, how I wish I'd known about you guys at the time. What fun we'd've had.

Thanks, Gil - what a great effort? Wish we'd known about it too!

Well, oddly enough the book has started to come up quite a bit in relation to Project Syzygy. I don't know how much the two will actually be related, but it's definitely mentioned a good amount.
