I'm also new, so be kind to me as well Wink

A sandbox is a restricted environment in which computer programs can be run. Most commonly used with viruses and other "dangerous" programs. That fits well in with the theory that The Operator has bounds imposed upon itself and is not very happy with the situation.

I apologize if I'm stating the obvious, but I haven't found any references to this particular meaning of sandbox on the forums. If it already has been discussed I would very much like to read that discussion.

This should almost certainly be directed to some other thread or forum, but in my newbie enthusiasm I couldn't help but bring these points together...

A program in a sandbox can't see out of the sandbox unless explicitly allowed to, but other programs can see in and examine the contents without limitations.

Phasmidia Elegans is frequently used as a laboratory animal. Kept in a dish for intensive study.

Comatas was sealed in a box for three months, with only a tiny connection to the outside world.

In one day, network throttling will erode.

Is the petri dish going to be opened? Wink
