I guess this means we have to email the ladybee account to communicate with the being.

Green text seems to be related to margaret.

the "varrao mite infestation" note is green
and "problem quite interesting" on contactme.html is green.

According to Marathon / Halo folks, the AIs in those games communicated using terminal screens that had green text on a black background, and the Cortana emails used the same scheme. I think rather than Margaret, it's the Queen's method of communication.

What if Margaret is turning into the Queen? Dana said she didn't answer her phone for a few hours this morning.

Well, that statement is part right. Different AIs used different text colors. Durandal (the crazy one) used green, and so did Leela (while she was active). Tycho (was captured and rebuilt to serve the aliens) used red, and Thoth (ancient alien AI, not the aliens that attack the marathon, though) used white text.

Usally green text means you are listening to Durandal, because Leela was destroyed about halfway into the first game, and didn't appear in either Marathon 2 or Marathon Infinity. But while the Cortana leters were written with Durandal's sarcastic humor, it didn't seem to be him in the end.

If you get an email in a different color, it could be very important. Be sure to mention it if the color changes.
