[SPEC] definition of metastasize

I'll be brief

Metastasize:
1. To be transmitted or transferred by metastasis.
2. To be changed or transformed, especially dangerously
3. To spread, especially destructively

I just wanted to share the idea that the change or move could be violent. I think the bees site might change signifigantly, maybe start to come apart?

Oh well, I did label this speculation Smile

Nert, I was just about to make a topic about that.

Thinking 'Halo', the first thing that came to my mind was The Flood. If this is indeed connected to Halo, that seems like a good definition to put towards them.

Good point, but i don't think we are dealing with a flood infection here. My current guess is a damaged AI. Who knows, 343 Guilty Spark might have a thing for bees, he does seem to buzz around like one.

I wonder...

*runs off to compare 343 Gulity Spark to bees*

EDIT:
Upon further thought, I'm not so sure I was on to anything. Beyond his movement habits, I don't see any real similarities between him and bees.

*wanders off to sleep*

It is a common term for the process by which a cancer spreads once it enters the bloodstream. Once it happens, you are done for. As per definition 3.

My assumption was #3 -- that the thing would spread to other sites, but definition #2 is interesting when combined with the Kafka at the head of the blog.
