[PUZZLE] gullivers capitals

in the gullivers travels excerpts some letters have been capitalised where they shouldn't have been
eg: "my Arms and Legs were strongly fastened on each Side to the Ground; and my Hair"

http://bees.netninja.com/wiki/index.php?title=Mayday_Text#A_and_I

capitals are HBFNWCBRVI in the first paragraph and GIILINHIDIFIBIALSGHMILBAT in the second.
it could also be that it's only the capitals that aren't meant to be there that are important, in which case, most of the I's aren't counted

If you actually read Gulliver's Travels, you would see that the letters are capitalized in exactly the same way in the original text. For reference, here is the chapter which the excerpt was taken from.

Germanic languages

English is a Germanic language. English used to have capitals on "important" words and nouns (much as German capitalizes nouns today).
