I became intrigued by the computer definition of "sandbox" raised in this thread: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4626&start=15&sid=ee977725785f02909e3ee671aebaf20a Specifically that processes outside can see in, but those inside can't see out.

One of the running jokes on bungie.net is The Disembodied Soul, an ELIZA-like language parser that "dwelled" on their forums. It provided amusement for veteran fans... alas, I came on the scene too late to have personal interaction with The Soul, as it has been off-line ever since bungie.net was refitted in March of this year.

Now very soon the "network throttle" will "erode"... which has been speculated to mean that the choke that prevents inside interaction with the outside will go.

Bungie has built interactive language parsers before.

Will we be able to "speak" with the SPDR soon? Or perhaps The Operator/Queen?
