[EMAIL] TT Customer Service

About three weeks ago I entered an order for a couple of T-shirts from TT. Specifically, the Urban Hunt woman's T-shirt, and the Green "Chose the Money" shirt (for the hubby).
I got confirmation via PayPal that TT had been paid.
Nothing showed up in my snail mail.

Today this email appeared:

Quote:
Dear Tomorrow's Talk Online Store Customer:

Thank you for your recent order at the Tomorrow's Talk Online Store. We
apologize for the slight delay in getting back to you about your order
but we have had a slight interruption in our regular order confirmation
and processing service due to an unplanned absence within the company.
Rest assured that we are re-assigning assets to make this service
interruption as brief as possible and anticipate resuming regular order
processing in just a day or two. Once your order has been processed we
will ship it out in an express manner at our expense to make up for the
slight delay.

Thank you for your patience.

I don't think they expected anyone to order such ugly merchandise. Smile

I sent an email regarding international shipping on TT products (in particular the snazzy yellow girls UH T-shirt) and received the following reply yesterday (summary - update to merchandise soon with international shipping available on some items):

Quote:

Dear Jehane:

Thank you for writing to the Tomorrow's Talk Online Store Customer Service Department. We apologize for the slight delay in replying however the person normally responsible to handle these messages has taken an unplanned leave of absence and we have had to re-assign personnel to cover the work.

We are in the process of updating our Online Store to include a wider selection of merchandise. Among the new items will be several that are eligible for shipment overseas. The updated store will include information on this option.

Thank you again for both your patience and your interest in Urban Hunt and Tomorrow's Talk merchandise.

Sincerely,
customerserviceSPLATtomorrowstalk.com

I wonder who this "unplanned" absence could be? who would handle the computer stuff for TT normally? hmm. Wink

I'd say that's probably not a good idea. Even if you did, you wouldn't make any progress.

Probably a bad idea to suggest you're Ron - I think we probably want to leave him as far out of this as possible.

It might be interesting to call or email and "suggest" that you're one of the "eliminated problem" employees, in suitably cryptic fashion. Play the game right back, so to speak. Something like that would have to be very well co-ordinated though.
