[INFO/SPEC] Halo 2 Trailer So, based on some of the comments on Dana's blog about Halo 2 and ilovebees.com I decided that I needed to see for myself. #beekeepers discovered that the trailer is only playing at Loews Theatres, and since there is one in my town, I went to go see I, Robot there tonight (even tho the theatre sucks and I have free passes to the other theatre in the area).
I paid my $7.50, and settled down to wait for the trailers to begin.
The first 3-4 commercials were all Loews commericals, and I was getting quite annoyed that it might not play. And then the trailer finally started. I sat, I waited, I sat on the edge of my seat when the ending came up.
Right at the end, when the X-Box logo appears, you see www.xbox.com underneath. And for a split second....it switches to www.ilovebees.com.
So there is confirmation #3 that this is true. And if you don't believe me, find a Loews and look for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Rowan

Gah, seriously? I just saw I, Robot yesterday, but came too late for the trailers.
News about the trailer.

I saw that article this afternoon. It's how I knew to go to Loews instead of Regal. Jamesi was nice enuf to post this link in #beekeepers which shows "something" happening at the end, although too small to see what. All I can say is, when you're actually at the theatre, you can read what it says just fine.

I read the Halo 2 pre-sale box yesterday in Gamestop or EB World, one of those chain stores. I didn't notice anything standing out about it, but wasn't looking for anything either. I'll try and take another look today.

hmmm, I've still got some friends who work at EB and Gamestop. I'll see if I can get ahold of any of them and see if ilovebees.com is on any of the promo items.
/me does the happy little video-gamer dance

I doubt it'll be on any items like that. Trailer's as far as it'll go I reckon. I may be wrong but anyhow...

So Microsoft is semi-related to this ARG, eh? Explains all the bugs involved :-p (sorry, couldn't help myself)

Aug 24, 1995 Microsoft inflicts Windows 95 on an unsuspecting world.
Think they're into self-depricating humor?

Thanks varin. Using your version I can definatly see "bees" with the naked eye. (Then again I also heard "bees" instead of "these" in the E3 trailer )
w00t! It's another 'soft ARG! /me missed the beast

I feel bad for you Anthrax... hopefully this one won't have anything to do with Halo 2 itself and you will be able to die a happy man.
And shoot, someone should have guessed this sooner... who else would be able to make such a complex, dynamic site as ilovebees.com?

Thanks Cel. With the missing "A" and "I", www.cloudmakers.org being down, confirmed Microsoft involvement, and bee references, I can't help but remind everyone at Microsoft that worked on the AI game were referred, collectively, as The Hive.
<SPEC> I love bees = I love the Microsoft AI Game PMs? </SPEC>
My mind is racing with excitement.
