Uh, looks all the same to me.... Maybe we have to wait longer
EDIT: but maybe there are new hidden messages in the pictures. Someone should start looking through those. Everything is visually the same though..

The countdown timer still says 1 day for me, it's gonna switch around 6 AM today...

Well, if there's 0 days remaining, then that means there are <24 hours until the network throttling erodes. So maybe we should all check in again this time tomorrow

I'm seeing more corrupted images (more often, anyway)...
Maybe we just have to wait.

Now that you mention it, that actually makes more sense.

If it was going to go by hours, why not just have an hour timer instead of a day timer? Plus, today is a tuesday.

images Opening the images in a text editor should give plaintext somewhere in the file, right? I just grabbed a corrupted one and am looking at it, but am not seeing the normal messages. Of interest is a twice-repeated
Code:
&'()*56789:CDEFGHIJSTUVWXYZcdefghijstuvwxyz
which seems to me shouldn't ever be in a normal jpeg and suggests some crypto.

At first glance, the embedded text seems to be different than before.

Well I've seen the CDEF stuff a lot in the other pictures before this, but maybe youre right, could be a code. Doesn't look like it though.

Something else I don't remember seeing before is that the HTML is changing
Code:
diff about.html about2.html

My sister Chloe, and her daughter Dana. My sister and I didn't always get along growing up, but she has always been there for me, and Dana, my niece, is truly the daughter I never had.</FONT></td>

Darkshot: Do you mean that you've seen the CDEF in normal pictures before? In corrupted pictures on ILB before 0 days? After 0?

Yes i seem to remember seeing CDEF... and those other stuff before, but not the ()*56789: It may be differernt, but i definitely remember seeing something similar to that.
Yeah, they are even in the uncorrupted ones, so i dont think this is important. But keep your eyes open.

I think that may be a common thing. It's in the images even when they're not 'corrupted', so I don't think it means anything. I've seen similar in other images, as well. I think it's a mark by the graphic program used to make it.
I agree with Lainer. Thinking about it, that makes a hell of a lot of sense, which means we get to do all this again tomorrow night. I think I'll skip that one.
