They always appear as 21 links (3x7 (Hello Bungie)), and indeed tell something like a story each time.

Seems we shouldn't no longer aim for collecting the links (As they might be random), but for the categories/subject only ?!

Should we try to keep the 3 sections together? On the wiki, there's a good chance they get disconnected.

I don't know if there's some connection between the 3 every time. But maybe if we find them all and lay them out like:
1 2 3
4 5 6
...
and read 1, 4, ... etc. it will actually make sense.

Maybe.

I suggest grouping the common themes together. Obviously we group them to form messages.

I also noticed that the top link is (almost) always nr.1 on google, and all other pages show up too when looking for the correct keywords.

So instead of:

As a side note, Melissa means Honey Bee in Greek.

You have a great idea, but the The Weather was stormy does'nt really do it, the first two are the same, but after that it's different !!

You have a great idea, but the The Weather was stormy does'nt really do it, the first two are the same, but after that it's different

Well, it seems they pick them at random from the search results (sometimes #2 result etc.), but, 'The Weather was stormy' is the longest sentence that appears on all 7 links-pages, therefore I think that it should have the longest sentence each time appearin on each page.

But, then again I might be wrong ofcourse.

If that's the case (and that's the rule I've been applying - finding the longest string of words that is on each page) then some of the things quoted above are wrong - "playing" should be "said playing" (which is now what it is on the wiki) and "castaway" should be "the castaway".

In any case, I think that's what should be listed, since it's very easy to strip words out of a finished piece, and much harder to add them back in.

Seems the best to me too.

On the wiki, we can already see sentences appearing:
"All In the Mood Melissa, he said Have a drink with me"
"I don't drink but i asked for something anyway and sat"

Should be fairly easy to contruct other sentences too,
though the wiki is not editable right now.

I don't quite buy this, but it has some merit for a first attempt:

Quote:

"Humor me," the Castaway said, playing /
music in his room, ancient music, jazz and swing, /
all in the mood. "Melissa," he said. "Have a drink with me." /
I don't drink, but I asked for something anyway, and sat, /
holographically, and drank with him. He wasn't /
regular crew, just along for the ride. We picked him up in /
deep space, where he deployed buoys, waves of sound /
to confuse the enemy. A man that /
seemed noble, classical and pure. A sailor with /
Odysseus. He told stories about soldiers caught /
waist deep in water, facing the enemy, their backs to /
the sea. Melissa, he called me Melissa, never /
Used my nickname. It's a sad thing I'm married. /
"You could break my heart". The weather was stormy, scratched vinyl and /
all of us, a long way from home. I felt real. /

I've been chipping away at this for a while now, here's the fragments I have.

'Melissa', he said, 'Have a drink with me.' He called me Melissa. Never used my nickname. It's a sad thing I'm married... I don't drink, but I asked for something anyway and sat.

"He wasn't a man that seemed noble, classical, and pure."

"We picked him up in deep space where he deployed buoys."

"A sailor with music in his room, ancient music, jazz and swing."

Yeah, sounds good. It still doesn't seem to flow well though, and I'd be really wary of the single-word common themes.
