Has anybody done searches for media on Kazaa or other P2P...

...Networks?

I have none of these proggies installed on my system anymore, but I just got to thinking: Would anything turn up if I entered search terms related to this mystery to search for files--especially audio, video, images?

Don't know if I want to go through the trouble of reinstalling Kazaa, so I thought I'd throw this idea out. Very Happy

I mean, think about it: What better way to find, for example, elusive footage from this Dread House reality show than on the P2P networks -- maybe even bittorrent. These distribution methods are used to pirate movies, TV shows, and hard-to-find videos.

If an in-game character has their hands on this incriminating footage and wants to get it out to the world (the Internet), this would seem to be the most logical way to do it.

IMO, if there was something to be found down this route, we would be fairly clearly pointed to it by something else in the game. Just randomly searching Kazaa or BitTorrent doesn't strike me as the way to go. That's just my opinion though, so feel free to strike it down Smile
