I have the order down as:

10 2 11 12 7 13 1 9 3 4 8 5 6

after 13 she reaches up with her left hand , movement is shown in 9 and then the camera rests in a new position in 3. This seems consistant with the position of the windows behind her. She then reaches to the cam with her right hand. Again the window positions dictate that it was the left hand first showing up the positions of frames 1 9 and 3.

Good analysis. The operator's words also suggest that the right hand came last

edit: hmm, I just had an idea. What if 6 came FIRST? That would give her the reason for looking up in 11, noticing the camera had panned. Then when it pans right a bit (12) she takes more interest.

There is definite movement in camera position between 11 and 12. Could 6 be her hand making that adjustment?

The command to release the Master Chief at the beginning of Halo was something like "unseal the hushed casket"

hmm the idea of different entities using different forms of communications is interesting... it seems the sleeping princess is locked up by the queen... and on another website somone posted a slowed down version and changed pitched version of the bee buzzing and you could hear something along the lines of help, get me out of here. So I am concluding perhaps the sleeping princess is communicating in the sound files, though people have also found there to be something along the lines of help, get me out of here in her voice mail message.. so perhaps somehow she got into the phone. But I could be wrong but it is an interesting thing to look into.

P.S.

Did you know that The Simpsons aren't real? Really! And lots of other stuff too. I blame society.

This might be a long shot, but you never know.

The order on the wiki (10,2,11,12,7,13,3,4,9,1,8,5,6) when strung together as one long number forms 10,211,127,133,491,856. This number is, conveniently enough, divisible by seven. To be fair, there are billions of possible orderings, and there are hundreds of millions of those that would produce a number divisible by 7. However, I think we can all agree that there are only a handful of different orders that would make any sense. I've tried it with some (but not all) of the other possibilities and have yet to find another one that works. I think this is a good indication that the oder in the wiki is the right one.

I would also speculate that this order/number might have some significance outside of the killer messages. My best guess is that It could be a password for steganography. Athough less likely, it could also be involved in finding hidden messages within text. The fact that 13, the number of killer images, is exactly half the number of letters in the alphabet makes me think that a cypher-like application is possible.

thoughts?

Yeah, sorry about that, the numbering was done by me just so that we would have an easy way to tell them apart when discussing them... They were all found on the website as "Killer.jpg" with no numbering.

This is kind of OT from the current discussion, but has anybody thought that the green text on the aboutme page's version of the "killer" image isn't the Flea (people think it is using the same format as is used in the rest of the site so that it goes unnoticed by the widow), but that it is a direct warning to the Flea. The other text over that picture is a warning to Dana, that the only thing keeping her safe is that our technology doesn't give her leathal means. Maybe this is a warning to the flea that the Widow has noticed the "innocent bystander" and that it should stop communicating with us.

Yes, it is a little . Try this thread, perhaps.

Even though the pictures weren't numbered by the PM's, doesn't mean they don't expect us to number them ourselves and use it for stenography. It could just be a tough, tough puzzle.

I figure the steno guys shouldn't rule anything out, no?

The problem with that is that there are 13! (that's 13-factorial) ways of numbering the pictures. That is 13*12*11*...*3*2*1, or 6,227,020,800.

That would be "stego" or "steg."
