 		The jumble of commas and dots after the URL is a little ASCII map of the world, with a target cross over Los Angeles... cute. I have no clue what the jumble at the end is supposed to be, though.

As for the website, it won't be up until 12:00 AM on November 14. Until then, you can register an e-mail address and password, which will apparently be used to access the website when it opens.
